We love what made classic browser space-strategy games addictive — a deep economy, real
stakes, alliance warfare. We're rebuilding it without the parts that made it unplayable:
getting farmed while you sleep, spreadsheet UI, and servers where joining late means you've
already lost.
01
Every login is a decision
Five minutes should matter. No idle grinding, no round-the-clock babysitting your empire.
02
Stakes without dread
Losses hurt, but a bad night's sleep never wipes out your empire. Vault-protected
resources and raid caps keep the game fair.
03
Your alliance is home
The social layer isn't bolted on — rally fleets, reinforce allies, and fight for
territory together, in real time.
04
Fair, eight-week seasons
Every season starts everyone on equal footing. No eternal top-1% who joined two years
ago and never left.
05
A distinctive look
"Holographic Command": a glowing tactical console, not another painted sci-fi skin.
In your command deck
Command a real empire, not a spreadsheet
A first hour that keeps moving, and a game that keeps giving you real choices long after.
Tactical Engagements
Live, seeded battles you can actually influence — choose a formation and doctrine,
then play ability cards in real time if you're online when the fight breaks out.
Every battle is a replay you can watch again, not a dice roll that happened while
you were asleep.
Expeditions
Send a fleet into deep space with no fixed destination. Card-based choices — loot,
chart new worlds, or risk an ambush — resolved deterministically, so every run is
fair and replayable.
Alliances & Sector Wars
Rally an attack, reinforce a besieged ally, and fight together for territory —
building toward the season's climax: a siege on the Nebula Core.
Fair-to-play
Optional purchases help fund the servers, but power isn't for sale. No gacha, no
pay-to-instantly-win — Crown-season cosmetics and leaderboard titles are earned, not
bought.
One-tap fleet control
Tap a target, pick a mission, go. Fuel and cargo calculate themselves — no more
four-page dispatch forms.
Built for iPhone
Designed for real sessions on a real phone, with push and Live Activities so you
never miss the moment that matters. iPad, then a Vision Pro Command Deck, follow later.
Building in the open
Made by one developer, in active development
Nebula Kings is being built right now — server, client, and combat, piece by piece —
by a solo developer working with an AI co-pilot. There's no release date yet.

Questions
Good to know
What platform is it on?
iPhone first. iPad support comes with it; a Vision Pro "Command Deck" and a
glanceable layer for Apple's glasses are planned for later.
When can I play?
Now, on iPhone: the beta is open on TestFlight. Join the waitlist, tick "I also want
to join the iPhone beta", and we'll send a TestFlight invite to that email. The game is
still in active development, so expect resets and rough edges.
Is it free? Is it pay-to-win?
Free to download and play. There will be optional in-app purchases — subscriptions,
cosmetics, a season pass — but no gacha and no pay-to-instantly-win. Power isn't for
sale, and the status items you chase are earned in-game, not bought.
Is this affiliated with any existing game?
No. Nebula Kings is an original game inspired by classic browser space-strategy
mechanics — no shared IP, art, or text with any other title.
